Dormiliciouse: Feta Tomato Pasta

Feta Tomato Pasta

I hate to admit it, but TikTok was right: baked feta tomato pasta is super yummy, and it is worth a try. It’s super easy and feeds a lot of people too. You’ve seen the videos; I’m here to bring the trend back.

Ingredients

  • Box of Pasta
  • Block of Feta
  • 1-2 Cartons of Cherry Tomatoes
  • Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Chili Flakes
  • Chopped Garlic
  • High heat Oil (Avocado)
  • Basil

Tools

  • Baking Sheet
  • Spatula
  • Pot
  • Tin Foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Dump a few tablespoons of oil into an oven-safe pan and add your tomatoes. Use two boxes of tomatoes if you’re feeding more people, or just want your sauce more balanced.
  3. Season your tomatoes to taste with the listed herbs and spices, as well as your garlic.
  4. Mix your tomatoes, and center the pan to make space for your block of feta.
  5. Once your tomatoes and feta are seasoned and ready to go, cover your pan with tin foil and place it in the oven, baking for 40 minutes. After about 30 minutes, uncover and add your finely chopped fresh basil.
  6. Put your pot of water on for your pasta and cook it until al dente, or as you like.
  7. Once your pasta and sauce are done, combine and enjoy!
