Okay, technically this year it’s Seattle Restaurant Weeks. Local restaurants will be offering three-course meals for $28 until Thursday,

and then again Sunday through Thursday. The entire list contains over 160 restaurants all over Seattle, but to get a taste, here are some in our own backyard—and the dishes I’ve got my eye on. This year we’re seeing lots of nettles, some Spanish influences, and yes, even one pig head (never change, Old Sage).
